I dont expect one really soon, besides the Xbox360 is still being used and that wont change for some time. Why would they suddenly make a portable xbox if they still can make much more money from the 360?

Doubt it as of right now. Microsoft doesn't need to to make a profit. They get over 1.5 billion dollars with computers alone.

One thing PC's have over consoles is the ability to mod and alter the game world to your liking and it's not illegal (unless you get it from an illegal site.)
