Both, Crust make it where mods can mod every section and add three sub forums to the suggestions: Accept Suggestions, Rejected Suggestions, Possible Suggestions

Well we dont need an Arcade we already have one but I wanted the Idea of the forum games but sky told me that when forumotions decide to put the options of no post count on one section we will open the forum games. Kraz can I call you Kraz? I may do that but Im not the only admin I need to disscus it with Sky BTW If you want to mod all the section you may wanna apply for Global Mod because thats the function of a Global Mod.
